Terms of Use for 1323vpn

1. Acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and REZRAF LTD, registered in England and Wales at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. They apply each time you download, install, access, or use the Service.

2. The Service

1323vpn is a VPN client. It supports two kinds of access:

• Your own VPN access that you import into the app via a subscription URL or a vless / vmess / trojan / ss URI. We do not operate, control, or guarantee servers you import, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or content policies.
• 1323vpn Plus, a provider-managed subscription that gives you access to routes we make available.

The Service selects routes, establishes an encrypted tunnel, and can route some traffic directly (for example, local-network and configured direct destinations) according to your settings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.

1323vpn Plus is a paid subscription and a binding contract. To purchase it, you must be 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you are 17 or older but under the age of majority, you may purchase and use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and to be responsible for your use of the Service and for any charges. Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms, including its parental-consent controls for accounts that belong to minors.

By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
• send spam or malware, or conduct network attacks, intrusion, or fraud;
• circumvent the terms of service of third-party networks or services;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

5. Privacy and Logging

Your privacy is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We process only the limited data needed to operate the Service — for example, a device identifier for app functionality and, where you sign in, your account and subscription status.

6. Subscriptions and Billing (1323vpn Plus)

• 1323vpn Plus is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (for example, monthly, 6-month, and yearly plans). Current prices and periods are shown in the app and on the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We cannot issue App Store refunds; refund requests go through Apple.

7. Account and Termination

Signing in is optional for using your own imported access. Where you create or link an account, you may delete it from within the app (Settings), which removes the associated provider account data. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access, for violations of these Terms or where required by law.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific speeds, or access to any particular website or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REZRAF LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Export and Sanctions

You agree to comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws and not to use the Service where prohibited by such laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, by in-app or other notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
